Contact
Six addresses, split by purpose, each with the office that answers it and the time it takes. A single address receives everything and answers nothing.
There is no contact form on this page. A form routes every kind of message into one queue, which is the problem this split exists to solve. Write to the address for your purpose and quote any reference you already have.

Statements, indicators and corrections
Errors in a statement, a broken identifier, a query about what a statement means, or a proposed amendment.
An acknowledgement with a reference. A substantive answer may take longer and will say so.
Claims, applications and the register
Applications at any tier, questions about a listing, and challenges to an entry on the register.
Applications are handled in the order received. There is no expedited route.
Concerns and complaints
Conduct of the organisation, a conflict of interest, a decision you believe was taken improperly, or a complaint about how you were treated.
Acknowledged in 5 working days and answered in 10. Complaints are recorded whether or not they are upheld.
Media enquiries
Interviews, comment, and factual checks before publication. We will correct a factual error in our own material on the record.
We do not comment on an individual organisation's pending application.
Vulnerabilities in this site or our tooling
This address matches the contact published in our security.txt and is the only route we treat as a disclosure.
Acknowledged in 2 working days. Advisories are published as notices, including where the finding was in our own work.
Barriers on this site
Anything on this site you could not use, with the page and the assistive technology if you can give them. This address matches the one on the accessibility statement.
Answered in 5 working days with a remedy date or a reason there is none.
