Register of conformance claims
Every organisation that has declared a conformance claim against the AI Competence Framework, at any tier, in one list. The tier is shown on every row, because a self-declaration and a verified credential are not the same claim and must never be read as though they were.
There is one register. Withdrawn and lapsed entries stay on it permanently, marked. Entries owned by a related party of this organisation are marked as such on the row and on their own record. Tier 0 self-listing is open now and requires no review.

If you have cited the framework, list yourself
Tier 0 requires nothing of us and nothing of you beyond a published coverage map at a public address. Ten minutes, no fee, no review. Your entry is published as your declaration and marked UNVERIFIED, on the same table as every other entry.
This route exists so that the register is not a list of the people who happen to know us. A register showing only reviewed claims, or only related parties, would be worse than no register at all.
Asserts · That the organisation has published a coverage map at a public address and declared it against a named framework version.
Does not assert · Nothing about accuracy. We have not read the map, the course, or the assessment. A Tier 0 listing is a record of a declaration, not a finding.
Asserts · That a reviewer has checked the coverage map against the course or credential material and found the mapping accurate at the date shown.
Does not assert · Nothing about assessment rigour, pass marks or standard setting. Tier I does not examine assessment.
Asserts · That the coverage map is accurate and that the assessment instruments, pass mark and standard-setting record were examined and found sufficient for the level claimed.
Does not assert · Nothing about other credentials from the same provider, and nothing about delivery quality after the review date.
Asserts · That the organisation itself was reviewed — governance, examiner competence, standard-setting practice, appeals and consistency across its credential portfolio — and found sufficient at the date shown.
Does not assert · Nothing about any single credential beyond the portfolio reviewed, and nothing about delivery quality after the review date. Accreditation of a body is not endorsement of a course.
