Every framework release, consultation, conformance decision, recusal, policy change, security advisory and correction, dated and attributed to the office that issued it. This page is what makes our governance commitments checkable rather than asserted.
Nothing here is deleted. A superseded notice stays, marked, with a link to what superseded it. A correction is issued as a new notice referencing the original, and the original text is never edited.

Eight kinds of notice, one record
A framework release or amendment: what changed, from which version, and the date it takes effect.
A change to a published statement or level descriptor, with the identifier affected named.
A consultation opening or closing, with the outcome and the reasoning published on closure.
A conformance decision at any tier, including refusals, with the register entry it created or changed.
A recusal: who stood out of which decision, and the interest that required it. Required by governance commitment 5.
A change to a governance policy or constitutional document, with the version that takes effect.
A security advisory affecting the framework or its tooling, issued out of band where necessary.
A correction, referencing the notice corrected. The original notice is not edited.
Recusal records are published here because governance commitment 5 requires it. No recusal has yet been recorded: the board is not yet constituted and no conformance decision has been taken. The first related-party decision will appear here on the day it is made. How conflicts are handled
Track changes without checking this page
Every notice is published to an Atom feed at /notices.xml, discoverable from the head of every page on this site and linked in the footer. Adopters need to know when the framework changes; a standards body that requires manual polling will not be tracked at all.
Feed entries carry the notice reference, type, issuing office and permanent address, so a reader can cite from the feed without opening the site.
