Register of conformance claims published with no entries

The register of conformance claims is published today at /register with no entries. It is published empty rather than withheld: a reader is entitled to see that the service exists, what it will hold, and that nothing has yet been listed.

No organisation holds a conformance claim at any tier. The self-listing route for Tier 0 is open and unreviewed, and a Tier 0 listing is marked UNVERIFIED on the register and on its own record. Tier I and Tier II applications are accepted from the publication of version 1.29. Tier III is not open.

Where an entry owner is connected to a director, an editor or the founder of this organisation, the relationship is marked on the register row and on the entry record, and links to the disclosure, not only to a governance page a reader may not reach.

A specimen record card is published at /register/specimen so the form of an entry can be reviewed before any claim exists. The specimen is not a listing and is excluded from every count on the register.
