What the grant does and does not confer
SEK 2,400,000, received 12.05.2026 from Björn Haglund, founder. Unrestricted. One-time.
It confers none of the five rights listed opposite.
Four standing commitments on funding
No funder holds approval or veto over framework content.
No funding is accepted on terms restricting what may be published.
Funding from a party with a commercial interest in the framework is published as such.
No single source may exceed 40% of annual income beyond 2028 without a board resolution published as a notice. In the year to 31.12.2026 the founding grant is 83% of income, which is the concentration this threshold exists to end.
Accounts and remuneration
Published in full within 6 months of the end of each financial year, at Documents. The first accounts, for the year to 31.12.2026, are published as G-09.
A fee is charged at cost recovery for Tier I, II and III review, against a published schedule. Tier 0 self-listing is free.
No director receives a fee. Reasonable travel and subsistence expenses are reimbursed against receipts and reported in the annual accounts.
